Exciting news...Summer 2012 is on it's way despite the April showers and so is our new Build Aid Website!
Build Aid is a UK Registered Charity formed in February 2005, following the 2004 south East Asian tsunami. Here at Build Aid we provide construction aid, offer professional pro- bono advice, and conduct construction management for rebuilding projects undertaken by community groups, NGO's, not-profit-making organisations and government departments. We fund all our own projects whilst contributing to many others, this is achieved by successful fundraising and extensive research into local needs which delivers maximum aid. As we enter our eighth year of Build Aid and we are more committed to providing both technical aid and raising funds for community projects around the world. So far we have helped in Ethiopia, Nepal and we are now in Haiti! Take a look at our 2011 newsletter to learn more about what we have done to help communities in these areas.
